National Schools have been exploiting parents for way too much. This is the best decision has made to salvage the situation. From now henceforth all Schools fees for National Schools Must be channelled via eCitizen to promote transparency and accountability.

He will soon direct all mpesa users to transact their money through ecitizen to cut them the illegal 50 shillings

The directive by Gov’t and Min. of Education on remittance of schools fees via ecitizen is timely and commendable. A centralized procurement system addresses Transparency, Accountability and Convenience HOWEVER a delay in the disbursement of funds will bring a crisis.
